Directions from the Providence area:
Take (Route 146 north) to the Forestdale/Slatersville exit. Turn right at exit to lights .Go left at the lights onto Great Road (Rt 146A), about one mile to the lights at Brigido’s. Turn left on North Main Street (Rt 5) until the end (Town Hall will be on your right). Go left on Green Street - church is straight ahead on the common.
Directions from Blackstone, MA
From South Main Street, Woonsocket, turn right onto 146-A.Continue to the lights at Slatersville Plaza/Brigido’s. Turn left on North Main Street (Rt 5) until the end (Town Hall will be on your right). Go left on Green Street - church is straight ahead on the common.
Directions from the Uxbridge, MA
Take route 146-A south to the intersection of route 5.
Continue straight through the lights on North Main Street (Route 5 north).
You will come to the Town Hall on your right and you will see the church ahead on your left.

Merge onto I-95 S via EXIT 1 toward PROVIDENCE RI. 20.7 miles
Merge onto I-295 S via EXIT 4 toward WOONSOCKET RI / WARWICK RI. 9.1 miles
Take the RI-146 N exit- EXIT 9B- toward WOONSOCKET. 0.5 miles
Merge onto RI-146 N via the exit on the LEFT toward WORCESTER MA.. 5.4 miles
Take the ramp toward RI-5 / FORESTDALE / RI-102 / SLATERSVILLE. 0.2 miles
Bear right off the exit onto School Street. At the lights, bear left onto 146A (Great Road) and continue to the lights at Slatersville Plaza. Turn left at the lights onto North Main Street. At its end the Town Hall will be on your right and the church Common is on your left.
